Go State!

Olivia cheered on her MSU Spartans on Friday, wearing her cheerleading outfit to school. She had a number of teachers who gave her high fives and others who tried to teach her to say "Go Blue"! Either way, she was terribly cute!

Maple Syrup!

On Saturday we went to a Maple Syrup farm with Rachel & Joshua. Olivia enjoyed the small petting zoo and more than that she enjoyed the pancake breakfast! We were a little surprised that we'd have to pay for a 2 year old to eat, but it was probably smart on their part, she ate 3 pancakes, some sausage and lots of syrup! :) She even got a purple bunny balloon - which she popped on the ride home.

Olivia loves rocks! She loves to walk around and pick them up and give them to people. As soon as she sees one she knows who she wants to give it to.

Joshua was really good - although in this picture he looks a little less than thrilled.

Cutie Pie

We got this adorable outfit from one of Travis' coworkers. She bought it hoping she's have a girl and ended up with all boys. And since Travis talks about his little girl every once in a while (haha), she decided to give him the outfits. Olivia looked ADORABLE in this one. She always looks so good in blue!

Valentine's Day

This year Olivia had Tinkerbell valentines to hand out. Big shock there. She enjoyed "personalizing" them this year! Travis is happy, because we're pretty sure that Olivia is a lefty!

Below is one of Olivia's special Valentine's Day outfits. She wore this one to school on the day of their party.

Brownies

I made some brownies and Travis and Olivia licked the bowl clean! Olivia thought that this was a ton of fun! She's such a goof!

She's funny....and we're in trouble...

Olivia has been quite the goof lately. She's been saying the funniest things. For example, she's all about the stall tactics for bed time. We've had all kinds of things in her room from wicked witches to alligators. And we need to get rid of them - usually we just throw them out the window. She's also working on potty training, so she uses that as a stall tactic too.

The other night when she was almost ready for bed, then decided to use the potty, Travis said "She's starting to use this now as a stall tactic" and when he got into the bathroom after her (as he was saying this), Olivia responded with "Whatever Dad". Ugh....I just can't believe that she already understands the use of this word. At least she's not throwing the "w" with her hands at us yet.

Liv also uses the term "just like that" a lot. She uses this as she is telling us about her day and what happened. She'll tell us, I was playing, and I fell, and I cried, booo hooo "just like that". It's pretty funny.

And, unfortunately, as her vocabulary improves, we're losing some of the funny phrases. Just this weekend, she quit saying "Wizar da boz" and started saying "Wizard of Oz". It actually made me a little sad.....I really enjoyed her saying the "Wizar da boz". I'll miss that one.
