My big girl

I can't believe that my little baby will be 2 years old on Thursday. It seems like it was just yesterday that she came into our lives! She has become so much fun. She loves to talk, sing and get others to laugh. She loves her Backyardigan's, Mickey Mouse and now the Disney Princesses (thanks Julia)! She loves her dogs and hiding in the "bat cave". She is amazing and I love the way she says I love you. Here's a little look back over the last 2 years of Olivia.

Olivia-isms

Okay - I know - a post without pictures! I can almost hear Olivia's grandparents gasping! But I had a few minutes and had been thinking about some of the funny things that Olivia says that really crack us up! I thought I'd share a few with you:

• Obibia or Olia - her best attempt at saying her first name!


• Trabis - what she calls Daddy when he doesn't answer the first time she calls for "DADDY!"
• May-is - Her good friend Meris
• Aba - Another friend Ava
• Randa - Miranda from across the street
• Troat - Throat
• Rock you - this is how she asks us to rock her - she hasn't figured out the difference between rock you and rock me. :)
• Rella - Cinderella
• Walk Away - she will say this to us when she doesn't want us to be near her - she learned this one from daycare!
• Help You - translates to Help me! Again the you-me thing is still confusing
• I do it! Self explanatory
• Daddy's workin' or Daddy's mowin' the lawn - evidently the only two places that her daddy can be if he's not with her! :)
• Big Hugs - if she wants to give hugs
• Kiiiisses - pronounced KEYsis - when she wants a kiss!
• Funny-lingo - my personal favorite - this is how she pronounces Flamingo! :)

There are many more - and as I think of them, I'll add more. She is just getting so much fun and we can't believe that she'll be 2 next week!

Olivia goes to the Zoo!

Over the holiday weekend, we took Olivia to the Zoo! This was her first zoo trip and she had a blast! We took a TON of pictures - and there are a LOT of them below.
